Job summary

Sigma Connectivity Inc. is seeking an Audio Lab Assistant to maintain the cleanliness of the audio labs, manage all equipment, and coordinate product and prototype delivery. You will support Lab Technicians and work across software, hardware, and user experience teams to enable testing and demos.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking equipment checked out to team members.
• Ability to manage lab orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track all equipment checked out to team members.
• Manage incoming orders and coordinate deliveries with purchasing.
• Track tools and consumables and reorder items to keep the lab stocked.
• Manage equipment that needs to be shipped to offsite team members.
• Manage equipment calibration and schedule with vendor per contracts.
• Track monitoring units to remove from lab after testing or demos.
• Help track and deliver prototype samples for testing and demos.
• Work with Enterprise team to create a new equipment tracking tool.
• General lab cleanliness and organization.
