Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production and post-production audio across recording, mixing, and editing.
• Pro Tools proficiency and industry-standard plugins.
• Experience running boom mics and wireless lavaliers on live shoots.
• Strong media file-management skills with attention to organization and version control.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Mix and edit postproduction audio for dialogue, balance, and sound design.
• Record audio for live shoots in studio and field environments.
• Handle boom mics and wireless lavaliers on set, ensuring signal quality.
• Organize and maintain media files with consistent structures and versioning.
• Troubleshoot audio equipment and workflows to keep productions on schedule.
• Travel to offsite events to capture on-location audio.
• Collaborate with leads to refine audio and deliver final mixes on schedule.
• Provide additional editing support for video assembly and delivery during peak periods.
• Stay current with evolving audio tools, plugins, and postproduction techniques.
