Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking an Analyst, Strategy and Insights to support the Theatrical Marketing and Development teams. You’ll design, execute, analyze, and present research projects, turning data into actionable recommendations for creative stakeholders.

You’ll work with large datasets, communicate clearly, and help identify audience opportunities for global campaigns. This is an onsite, full-time role based at the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with strong academic record.
• Strong ability to analyze quantitative data and synthesize insights.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in insights/research or strategy.
• Excellent Excel skills (formulas, filters, advanced functions).
• Strong PowerPoint visuals and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support the team at all stages of research projects.
• Analyze large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and turn data into insights.
• Create visual documents communicating findings clearly.
• Evaluate motion pictures’ target audiences and opportunities.
• Provide back-up administrative support within the department.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and maintaining documents.
• Maintain reporting databases and conduct desk research.
