Job summary

Baltimore Orioles in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Coordinator, Audience Development to support the Marketing & Product Development team. You will assist with research, development, and execution of fan initiatives tied to the promotions calendar and special ticket packages.

The role requires collaboration with internal departments and vendors, budget management, event support at Oriole Park, and building a robust audience development plan to grow the fan base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in marketing or promotions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategy, planning, and development of ticket packages and promo calendar.
• Coordinate ticket package nights, events, and on-site execution.
• Develop an audience development plan to grow the fan base across demographics.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with vendors to source promotional items.
• Communicate activation plans to web, social, and digital channels.
• Support asset creation for website, video board, email, and flyers.
• Assist with influencer marketing programs and sponsor integrations.
