Job summary

Metro Market Media is seeking a Marketing & Audience Engagement Manager to lead strategy for The Times of Gainesville and other publications. You will drive audience growth across newsletters, websites, mobile apps, and social platforms, while coordinating with editorial, sales, and creative teams.

You will oversee campaigns, analyze engagement metrics, and translate data into actionable recommendations, guiding brand voice and community engagement initiatives that boost readership and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing, audience engagement, or digital media with demonstrated ownership of strategy and results.
• Ability to develop, execute, and measure campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Metro Market Media's marketing strategy and audience-growth plans.
• Lead campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Provide data-informed reporting to leadership with strategic recommendations.
