Writers Theatre seeks a Literary and Engagement Manager to lead audience engagement programming and support the artistic department. This hybrid role requires collaboration with the Director of Artistic Development and other artistic staff to design events, readings, panels and community initiatives.

• Prior experience in literary management, dramaturgy or event curation.
• Ability to develop audience engagement programs and partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proofreading skills.
