Audience Data Scientist (Marketing Activation)

Were seeking an Audience Data Scientist to help identify high-value customer and prospect opportunities and turn them into actionable audiences for email and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will analyze behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data from platforms such as Snowflake and GA4 to develop audience strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and marketing efficiency. Youll translate insights into SQL-driven audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring audiences are accurately defined, activated, and measured.

Working at the intersection of data science and marketing operations, you will partner closely with marketing, analytics, engineering, and lifecycle teams to optimize audience performance over time. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related field; strong SQL and Python skills; experience with large-scale customer data and experimentation; and hands-on experience building audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, a focus on data quality, and the ability to transform insights into measurable marketing outcomes.
