Audi Valencia is seeking an experienced Audi/VW Automotive Technician for our Service Department in Santa Clarita. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair Audi and VW vehicles with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Preferred but not required are Master Technician status and VW/Audi factory training certifications. Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with European vehicles are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior Audi or Volkswagen dealership experience preferred.
• Master Technician status preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must possess appropriate professional automotive tools.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Audi and Volkswagen vehicles per factory specs.
• Perform routine maintenance, complex mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment including ODIS and VW Group diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently while upholding high workmanship standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify maintenance/repair needs.
• Document findings, repairs, and warranty information accurately.
• Maintain compliance with repair procedures, dealership standards, and safety.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth operations.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audi / Volkswagen Automotive Technician to join our Service Department at Audi Valencia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, with an emphasis on technical proficiency, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Audi or Volkswagen Master Technician certification is preferred but NOT required. We encourage experienced Audi/VW technicians at various certification levels to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Audi and Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with factory specifications and repair procedures.

• Perform routine maintenance, complex mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, and advanced troubleshooting.

• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment, including ODIS and other manufacturer-specific diagnostic systems.

• Accurately diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical systems.

• Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity.

• Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and identify necessary maintenance and repair recommendations.

• Document diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and warranty-related information accurately.

• Maintain compliance with manufacturer repair procedures, dealership standards, and safety requirements.

• Work collaboratively with service advisors, shop foremen, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient shop operations.

Qualifications

• Prior Audi or Volkswagen dealership experience strongly preferred.

• Audi or Volkswagen factory training and certifications are highly desirable.

• Master Technician status preferred, but not required.

• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with European automotive systems.

• Experience with ODIS, guided fault finding, and Volkswagen Group diagnostic procedures preferred.

• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical service bulletins, and manufacturer repair information.

• Demonstrated ability to produce flat rate hours efficiently without compromising repair quality.

• ASE certifications are a plus.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must possess appropriate professional automotive tools.
