Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Mee ts dealership sales goals.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle make, type and quality desired.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on test drive.
• Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Complete paperwork including sales contracts and related documents.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Research availability of models and options.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
