Job summary

RB Global, Inc. is seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead a large team at a high-volume branch. You will monitor lot inventory, prep and preserve vehicles, and ensure the yard is prepared for auctions.

You will enforce safety policies, train staff, maintain facility appearance, and drive asset protection while coordinating with customers and towers as needed. This role requires hands-on supervision outdoors year-round with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment with strict policy compliance.
• Keep facility presentable for day-to-day operations.
• Train staff to perform duties efficiently and meet SLAs.
• Educate staff on vehicle enhancements to increase auction value.
• Monitor lot inventory and infrastructure; perform daily yard walks.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Apply security, maintenance and safety procedures to protect assets.
