Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global company, seeks Yard Staff to join its frontline team. You will be responsible for check-in and detailing of vehicles, moving assets around the facility, and supporting auction operations with safety-first practices.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, and adherence to outdoor work conditions in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn forklift operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Physical demands; outdoor work in all weather; safety awareness essential.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor; strong customer interaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording information; file documents.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value for auction.
• Operate and move vehicles safely within facility and during drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates and related information; store properly.
• Assist visitors and guide to appropriate personnel.
• Receive on‑the‑job training in forklift and loader operation.
