Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Movement Associate responsible for safe moving, staging, and parking of vehicles on Auction property. The role involves driving vehicles to auction lanes, to customer dealerships, and around the premises in compliance with safety rules.

Shift options include Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri, 7am–5pm, with a $500 signing bonus. Frequent outdoor work with moderate noise and opportunities for additional compensation may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to walk long distances.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and climbing.
• Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses, while observing driving rules and safety.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by supervisor or team leader.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating (inflate tires, jump start) and notify if inoperative or out of gas.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety activities.
