Job summary

Steffes Group seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to help keep auctions moving from setup to post-sale activities. You’ll coordinate listings, photos, and asset information, verify documentation, and assist with settlements while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates excel in multi-system environments, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced auction setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate auction setup, execution, and post-sale activities.
  • Track milestones and deadlines to keep auctions on schedule.
  • Coordinate photos, asset information, and listings for auctions.
  • Review listing details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with payments, settlements, and pickup coordination.
  • Support live and online auctions with cross-team collaboration.

One day you might be preparing equipment listings for an upcoming auction, the next you may be helping customers, supporting a live auction event, or coordinating final settlement details.If you're someone who loves checking things off a list, solving problems, and being at the center of a busy operation, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoKeep Auctions MovingYou'll help coordinate the details that keep our auctions organized and on schedule from start to finish.Assist with auction setup, execution, and post-sale activitiesTrack key milestones and deadlines to ensure auctions stay on scheduleCoordinate photos, asset information, and auction listingsReview auction details for accuracy and completenessHelp ensure assets, documentation, and systems are auction-readyBe the Detail ExpertAccuracy matters.
