Job summary

The Salvation Army in Memphis seeks an Auction Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day AS IS auction activities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, coordinating with staff across departments.

You will set up lots for auction sales, assist employees and beneficiaries in resolving routing problems, and perform special assignments as needed to keep the operation running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail store experience preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with auction or sales operations is a plus.
