Job summary

Ritchie Bros. in Salt Lake City is seeking part-time yard operations staff to support live auctions and daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during auction periods.
• Previous experience in yard operations, equipment handling, or auction environments.
• Knowledge of farming, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Certification in First Aid, Loader Operation, or other relevant safety training.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, service industry).

• Work collaboratively with yard management, operations staff, and the inspection team to deliver seamless auction events
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer experiences

This Part-Time role supports the successful execution of auctions and daily site operations.
