Salary

$14.18 - $16.44, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
2. Help customers understand store shopping policies and procedures, and be detail-oriented and thorough in following counting procedures.
3. Operate a cash register and scanner efficiently to itemize and total customer's purchases, collect payment, make change, and assist with merchandise.
4. Stock and merchandise in an organized manner.
5. Maintain visual displays of merchandise.
6. Assist in cleaning the store, including taking out trash, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms.
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
2. Attend daily morning huddles to identify top priorities.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
5. Physical ability to lift, reach, stand, bend, and lift products up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Dependable, flexible, and respectful towards others.

Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous retail experience preferred.
3. Warehouse experience is a plus.
