JOB DESCRIPTION – HOST

Rate: $14.00 & up

The La Senorita host is responsible for overseeing the guests’ experience from beginning to end. This includes:

1. Greeting guests immediately with a positive attitude and welcoming smile
2. Seating guests
3. Farewell interactions with guests
4. Handling guests who are waiting
5. Answering and managing telephone calls
6. Cleaning and maintaining the foyer, host desk area, and restrooms
7. Overseeing dining room atmosphere and operations
8. Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager

All tasks should be performed in a “Guest Obsessed” manner!

Additional expectations include being a team player, making kids feel special, sensing guests’ needs, and doing everything possible to make guests feel at home at La Senorita.

Job Specifications:

This position requires the ability to learn La Senorita’s standard dining room procedures, organization, and to work well with others. Candidates should be friendly, professional, and maintain a Guest Obsessed demeanor. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Prior foodservice experience is helpful but not necessary.
