Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience or working knowledge of luxury brands and/or the auction industry is preferred.
• Professional, polished demeanor - Business attire required for exhibitions and special events.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client and business information.
• Committed, reliable and capable of working well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and ability to accurately follow detailed instructions.
• A genuine passion for Collectibles, Jewelry, Fine and Decorative Art in the auction industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of clients and auction items
• Assist clients with examining items during exhibitions and special events while following security protocols
• Assistance with setup and packing of exhibitions and special events
• Occasional support various departments with administrative tasks
• Ability to stand for periods of time between breaks
• Available to work weekends and evenings as necessary
