Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is seeking a Coordinator, Auctions and Benefit Fulfillment to help run donor auctions and related events in Houston. You will support senior staff and coordinate inventory, correspondence, and event materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience; strong PC, PR, customer service and organizational skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the promotion and operation of donors, auctions and related events.
• Support Directors and senior coordinators with assigned duties.
• Assist with inventory management of auction donor benefits.
• Serve as staff coordinator for School Art Auction and Poultry Auction Committees.
• Assist in planning donor relations activities and committee events.
• Maintain professional communication; answer phones and respond to emails.
