True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) for a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. The role offers either full-time or part-time schedules, with a base salary of 80,000–95,000 USD per year and commission opportunities added monthly.

The position emphasizes diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with a flexible mix based on interests. Weekend hours are not required and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care as appropriate.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
