Job summary

Berglund Outdoors in Roanoke, VA is seeking a skilled ATV Technician to join our busy service department. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair ATVs, perform routine maintenance, and communicate repairs with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ATV Technician or similar mechanical role.
• Experience working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, or other motorized equipment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ATV engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on ATVs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Order and replace parts as needed to complete repair tasks efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Assist with other vehicle repairs as needed.
