Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in software engineering, computer science, data science, or engineering.
• Strong Python coding skills and experience with AI, automation, and data pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical solutions.
• Workflow Automation: Mainly Python based scripting to automate repetitive tasks.
• Tooling Development: Build and maintain in-house desktop and web applications, automation scripts, and databases to support engineering workflows at scale.
• Process Integration: Collaborate with attribute teams, IT, and PLM departments to integrate workflows into broader platforms.
• Optimization and AI: Apply latest tools to gain process efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with vehicle attribute and design engineers to support shared goals.
• Communication: Clearly convey ideas, findings, and progress.
• Documentation: Produce guides for tools and processes.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement automated fixes.
• Advanced Analysis Support: Support HPC optimizations and analytics to accelerate CAE/engineering analysis.
