Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation's Dollywood Park is seeking an Attractions Team Member A for part-time seasonal work. You will operate ride controls, enforce safety rules, assist guests on rides, and keep attractions clean and welcoming across assigned areas.

The role requires guest-service orientation, calm problem-solving, and outdoor work in varying weather. Eligible applicants may be 14–18 depending on ride, must pass a background check and drug screen, and be available for

Qualifications

• Minimum age 14 for Grouper/Greeter positions at certain rides.
• Minimum age 16 for Ride Operators at Moderate Thrill Attractions.
• Minimum age 18 for Ride Operators at High Thrill Attractions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls and panels in all weather.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Assist guests during entry/exit and evacuations.
• Inspect harness and safety equipment before use.
• Complete daily safety paperwork.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Keep ride/attraction clean and presentable.
• Work varied hours and multiple areas as needed.
• Learn and enforce centralized measuring guidelines.
