Five Star Parks and Attractions in Lafayette, IN, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of attraction operators, technicians, and customer service staff. You will drive efficient daily operations, safety compliance, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Restaurant/F&B Management required.
• Weekend and holiday availability; up to 45 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 39 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a diverse team of 15-50+ employees and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain attendance records daily.
• Conduct periodic checks on attraction operators to ensure safe operation.
• Train and communicate with Shift Lead and Front Desk Lead daily.
• Operate attractions and maintain notes on staff performance.
• Keep staff informed on culture, standards, and updates.
• Communicate daily with team and promote teamwork ethic and attitude.
• Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times.
• Be on call for special projects or holidays.
