Job summary

Ripley's is seeking a Ride Attractions Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of Ripley's Super Fun Park in Pigeon Forge and Ripley's Mountain Coaster in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This hands-on leader will ensure safety, efficiency, and consistent guest experiences across both attractions.

You will direct supervisors and frontline staff, manage staffing and scheduling, uphold maintenance and regulatory standards, and collaborate with maintenance, admissions, and senior leadership to deliver

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct the day-to-day operations of both attractions, ensuring that established procedures are followed and that each location operates safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a strong culture of safety and accountability by overseeing ride-operating procedures, cleanliness standards, and compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
• Staffing and Scheduling: Plan and manage staffing levels and schedules to support business needs, operational coverage, and a positive guest experience at both locations.
• Guest Experience: Champion exceptional customer service, promptly address operational or guest concerns, and ensure team members consistently create welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline team members; communicate expectations clearly; and foster a collaborative, engaged, and results-oriented work environment.

This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ride operations, team development, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
