Job summary

Bravoz is seeking an Attraction Monitor to ensure guest safety and a high-energy, welcoming environment at the Bravoz Entertainment Center. You’ll guide guests, enforce rules with a smile, and help create an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.

Ideal candidates are 18+, outgoing, and able to stay active on their feet while engaging with families and groups. CPR/First Aid is a bonus; weekend/evening/holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to energize guests and create a positive atmosphere.
• Comfort working with kids, families, and groups.
• Previous coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the safety superstar: Teach guests the rules, keep things running safely, and step in when needed.
• Be the hype squad: Bring energy, encourage kids and adults to try new moves, and keep the vibe fun.
• Keep it spotless: Make sure attraction areas are clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Be the eyes and ears: Quickly respond to any incidents or injuries, and help guests get the care they need.
• Team up: Communicate with fellow Monitors and supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.
• Own the guest experience: Make every visitor feel welcome, safe, and excited to come back.

What You’ll Be Doing:
