A welcoming, friendly demeanor is essential to support a positive guest experience. You will enforce safety rules, handle transactions at the register, and respond promptly to incidents using established first aid procedures, contributing to a safe and fun

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to enforce safety rules and manage crowds.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response.

As a Park Monitor, you will be crucial in maintaining a safe environment for all visitors while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the bounce house area to ensure the safety of children and adults, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe behavior.
• Maintain control over crowds, ensuring that everyone follows safety rules and guidelines.
• Assist with guest check-ins, including verifying waivers, collecting fees, and providing general information.
• Operate the register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing receipts when required.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including the bounce house equipment and surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with individuals of all ages, providing clear and concise instructions regarding safety rules and procedures.
• Respond promptly and calmly to accidents or incidents, following established protocols for first aid and emergencies.
• Collaborate with other staff members to address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
• Actively engage with customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout their visit.

Requirements:
