Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a part-time team member for our Fun Land location in Centreville, VA. This role involves engaging guests, following attraction SOPs, and working with a crew in outdoor conditions.

You will adhere to general operating procedures, demonstrate knowledge of go-kart SOPs, and communicate positively with guests while standing for extended periods. This is a part-time on-site position supporting a high-energy family entertainment venue.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for attractions
• Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language
• Follow directions of designated Controller on duty
• Lift, run, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods of time
• Successfully demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures for go-karts

• Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner
• Work outside in hot and cold weather

Evaluation Of Performance And Employment

• Evaluated regularly through assessment of above requirements. This may be done verbally or written.
• Meeting above requirements will be mandatory for continued employment
