Five Star Parks & Attractions in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring an Attraction Attendant for weekend and part-time hours. You will greet guests, explain safety rules, monitor ride operations, and help guests enjoy a safe, fun experience at Fun Land Fredericksburg.

The position offers a pay range of $12.77-$14.50 per hour. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods, lift and move objects, and follow all operating procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow all General Operating Procedures
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for attractions
• Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language
• Follow directions of designated Controller on duty
• Lift, run, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods of time
• Successfully demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures for go-karts

Conditions and Environments:

• Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner
• Work outside in hot and cold weather

Evaluation of Performance and Employment:

• Evaluated regularly through assessment of above requirements. This may be done verbally or written.
• Meeting above requirements will be mandatory for continued employment
