The Role

• Manage a docket of California workers compensation matters for injured employees
• Handle cases from intake and investigation through discovery, negotiation and resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and related workers compensation filings
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and other advocacy proceedings
• Work within a pod structure with partner mentorship and potential future pod leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with:

• Ideally 3 or more years of experience, with junior attorneys considered case by case
• Interest in building a plaintiff side workers compensation practice and hands on litigation skills
• Personal injury or insurance defense litigation and workers compensation experience preferred
• Ability to work fully onsite in downtown Los Angeles with reasonable employment stability
• $80,000 to $200,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance driven bonus potential aligned with results
• Pod structure with partner mentorship and long term career development focus
• Schedule flexibility after demonstrating strong work ethic and performance
