You will manage a docket of California workers compensation matters for injured employees, from intake through discovery and resolution, with close collaboration from experienced plaintiff litigators.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, with a strong interest in building a plaintiff-side workers compensation practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workers compensation or related litigation.
• Interest in building a plaintiff-side workers compensation practice.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of California workers compensation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and related filings for workers compensation cases.
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and other advocacy proceedings.
• Collaborate with partner mentors and potentially progress into pod leadership.
