We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Brand New Workers' Compensation Attorney with a legacy firm feel and a clear partnership path. Fully remote from eight California offices, you will defend employers and insurers, manage lien litigation, and shape trial strategies with partner support.

The Role:

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, minimizing liability through aggressive yet strategic approaches.
• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements.
• Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions.
• Tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters.

About you:

As little as 6 months experience in workers’ compensation defense, all the way up to partner level in workers’ compensation law.

Location:

fully remote from any of the 8 offices across California.

Package:

• Base salary up to $225k DOE.
