We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney for a fully remote role. The position offers a base salary of $180k–$200k with quarterly bonuses and strong autonomy, supported by a collaborative California-based team.

Ideal candidates hold active California Bar admission, 0–3+ years of experience, and WC defense background is preferred. Must reside in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, or Ventura) to align with client needs.

Responsabilités

• Handle workers’ compensation defense matters for self-insured and public sector clients.
• Manage files through all stages of litigation, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Attend remote hearings and occasional in-person appearances as required.
