Attorney - Workers' Comp Defense (REMOTE)

This is a remote position, with potential on-site requirements a few times a month at our local offices.

Responsibilities

1. Handle non-litigation workers' compensation cases, analyze legal files, and prepare detailed progress reports.
2. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, or trials, and communicate outcomes promptly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Active California State Bar license.
• Experience with case management software.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 - $200,000 annually.
