  • Advise association clients on governance, enforcement, contracts, assessments, and dispute-related matters.
  • Manage client communications, legal strategy, deadlines, and case preparation.
  • Support client relationship development through responsive service and practical legal guidance.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing, with eligibility to practice law in Florida.
  • 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably including litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Ability to review and interpret governing documents, contracts, bylaws, declarations, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with boards, property managers, and community stakeholders.

  • Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience.

  • Interest in business development, networking, and building a long‑term community association law practice.
