Responsibilities

This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation fundamentals who wants to handle meaningful matters, work closely with experienced attorneys, and build a long-term career in a sophisticated litigation practice.

With three openings available, this is a strong opportunity to join an expanding litigation team focused on commercial litigation, business disputes, civil litigation, insurance matters, property litigation, and contract disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• - Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• - Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and support litigation strategy development.
• - Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Compensation and Benefits

• - Salary range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
• - Compensation is approximately $120,000, with flexibility for candidates with particularly strong experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• - Manage commercial, business, civil, contract, insurance, or property litigation matters.
• - Draft litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
• - Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategies.
• - Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• - Active Florida Bar license required.
• - 2+ years of litigation experience required, with 3 to 5 years of experience preferred for this level.
• - Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• - Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in client and team interactions.

Preferred Qualifications
