Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
• Active NH Law License or ability to gain license within 1 year
• Must have 5-8 years experience in litigation, client representation or legal advising
• Experience working with Veterans or Veteran issues such as homelessness, health, income, safety, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, guidance, and counsel to Veterans facing homelessness, struggling with income, and overall well being.
• Represent clients in litigation and provide strategic legal support as needed to advance outcomes for veterans.

Staff Attorney - Veteran Affairs:

The Staff Attorney will provide legal advice, guidance, and counsel to Veteran's facing homelessness, struggling with income, and overall well being.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
• Active NH Law License or ability to gain license within 1 year
• Must have 5-8 years experience in litigation, client representation or legal advising
• Experience working along side Veteran's or dealing with Veteran issues such as homelessness, health, income, safety, etc.
