Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New Jersey seeks a Trusts & Estates Associate to join a hybrid office, handling planning, administration, and probate matters under senior guidance.

You will prepare estate plans and coordinate with litigators on cross-disciplinary matters; the role offers visibility into complex disputes and a competitive compensation package up to $200K.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active New Jersey bar (New York a plus).
• Experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, administration, or probate/fiduciary litigation.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estate plans, wills, trusts, and business succession documents.
• Handle estate and trust administration matters.
• Assist with probate and fiduciary litigation, including will contests, guardianship proceedings, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
• Work on contested and uncontested matters involving significant estates.
• Coordinate with litigators and planning attorneys on complex cross-disciplinary issues.

Our client is a New Jersey boutique founded in 1978 with a strong trusts and estates practice that includes both planning/administration and probate & fiduciary litigation. The firm benefits from the involvement of multiple retired judges, who provide practical insight into contested matters. The practice handles significant estates and has a multi-disciplinary approach that pairs planning attorneys with experienced litigators.
