Probate litigation or special needs planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Counsel clients on estate planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related planning strategies.
Handle estate and trust administration from initial probate through final distribution.
Prepare and review estate planning documents and trust administration materials.
Draft pleadings, petitions, complaints, and other filings related to probate and trust matters.
Assist with probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and special needs trust proceedings.
Advise clients regarding wealth preservation, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
Communicate with courts, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals.
Manage an independent caseload while collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff.
Stay current with developments in trust, estate, probate, and tax law.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
