We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney with a focus on Probate and Administration to join our growing team. This role will primarily involve managing contested and uncontested probate matters, administration of estates, and guardianships. You should have a strong background in Surrogate’s Court practice, including litigation, estate administration, and guardianships, with some exposure to Estate Planning. A background in Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, and Special Needs Planning is a plus.
