We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded Chicago based firm with Chambers recognized practices and a sophisticated middle market platform seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Associate to join its Chicago office on a remote basis.

This well established private wealth team offers direct access to sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer and tax matters for high net worth individuals and families. You will handle complex work with meaningful client contact, work closely with experienced partners committed to succession and leadership development, and have a credible path toward long term advancement on a manageable hours expectation.

The Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Associate with:

• 5 to 7 years of dedicated trusts and estates experience preferred, with 3 to 5 years considered
• Strong background in sophisticated estate and trust planning, including estate, gift and transfer tax issues
• Experience drafting complex estate planning documents and handling trust and estate administration
• Illinois Bar admission, or clear ability to obtain Illinois admission promptly
• Ability to manage matters independently, mentor junior team members and attend the office at least 10 days per month
• $270,000 to $320,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Reasonable 1,800 billable hours expectation
• Fully remote
