Job description

I am currently working with a leading regional law firm, who are actively looking to recruit a partner to join their growing Trusts & Estates group in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with other Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
• You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families.
• Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including DISCLAIMERS, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience.
• Excellent academics.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• A portable book of business is required
