Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in attorney recruiting or related HR function.
• Experience executing all phases of attorney recruiting, including law student recruiting, summer programs, and lateral hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews, recruiting events, and hiring processes across multiple priorities.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and HRIS data accuracy.
• Facilitate onboarding and integration for summer and lateral hires.
• Participate in law school events to raise firm visibility and engage with candidates.
• Oversee summer associate program logistics and post-program evaluations.
