Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience handling high-end real estate deals and complex documentation.
• Ability to own deals from inception to closing and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of real estate transactional matters from start to finish.
• Prepare and review purchase/sale agreements and financing documents.
• Draft joint venture and operating agreements, syndications and equity structures.
• Coordinate with partners, clients, and internal teams to move transactions forward.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ownership perception on deals.
