Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Attorney Professional Development Assistant to help manage onboarding, assimilation, mentoring, and training programs for attorneys.
The role involves coordinating sessions, managing calendars, preparing materials, and ensuring accurate LMS tracking and reporting to support firm initiatives.
Join our growing Attorney Programming & Development team as an Attorney Professional Development Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting high-impact initiatives that contribute to attorney success and professional growth.
In this dynamic role, you'll provide administrative coordination, data management, and logistical support across a variety of attorney development programs, including onboarding, assimilation, mentoring, professional development, and attorney training initiatives. You'll collaborate with attorneys, presenters, and internal stakeholders to help deliver well-organized, engaging programs while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and continuous program support.
This job requires flexibility in work schedule and may require occasional overtime. A hybrid schedule may be available after the successful completion of a New Hire Probationary Period.
