DM Injury Law in St. Louis seeks an attorney to manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload, building client relationships and negotiating with insurers to move cases toward resolution.

You will work with dedicated paralegals and case managers, drafting demand letters and settlement agreements, and guiding cases from intake to resolution. This role also offers leadership growth as the firm expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license is required.
• Eligibility to obtain an Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity).
• Organized and self-directed approach to a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with legal technology and case management platforms.

This role is based in our St. Louis office. You’ll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution — while dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.

• Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the St. Louis office
• Develop referral relationships that grow your book of business — and your income

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Missouri Bar license

Preferred

• At least one year of personal injury experience (strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background will also be considered)
