Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney Pre-Litigation Personal Injury to manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload in our St. Louis, MO office. You will build client relationships, negotiate with insurers, and advance cases toward resolution with support from paralegals and case managers.

The role requires a JD, active Missouri Bar license, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Illinois bar eligibility is a plus; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) is required.
• Active Missouri Bar license is required.
• Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE or reciprocity) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Direct paralegal and case management staff in the St. Louis office.
• Develop referral relationships to grow book of business and income.

Requirements

• Active Missouri Bar license.

• Organized and self-directed approach to a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
