Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in matters involving car and truck accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
• Develop case strategy and work toward favorable settlements and outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Work closely with case teams and support staff.
• Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and other case materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, hearings, depositions, and other litigation activities as appropriate.
• Maintain high standards for case preparation, client service, and documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to efficiently manage caseloads.
