We Are Legal Revolution, a San Francisco-based plaintiff-side personal injury firm, seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage matters from intake through settlement in a fully remote, full-time role.

You will perform investigations, evaluate liability and damages, draft pre-litigation demand packages, negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel, and maintain proactive client communication and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, specifically pre-litigation.
• Excellent working knowledge of California personal injury law, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Strong case investigation, evaluation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines across multiple matters with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and negotiation.

Pre-Litigation Attorney | Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury | San Francisco | Remote| $85,000 to $150,000 Base Salary

A confidential San Francisco-based plaintiff-side personal injury law practice is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage matters from intake through settlement.

This full-time role offers hands-on responsibility, consistent client contact, and the chance to drive case strategy and negotiations while working in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

• Compensation: Base salary range from $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range from $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
