Law Firms in Los Angeles is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a team of experienced plaintiff attorneys. The role focuses on advocating for individuals with serious injuries, handling matters from filing through resolution.

The attorney will draft complaints, conduct legal research, participate in mediations and case strategy meetings, and collaborate with leadership on litigation development while leveraging a strong understanding of medical workups and discovery

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of medical workup in PI cases.
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and other filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work product.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and case strategy meetings.
• Evaluate medical records, damages, and medical workup for each case.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on litigation strategy and case development.

Compensation: $130,000 and $375,000, 1–10% settlement bonus

A respected plaintiff-side personal injury Firm in Los Angeles is looking to add a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to its team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced plaintiff attorneys in a practice focused on advocating for individuals who have suffered serious injuries.

The firm has received recognition through Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and its attorneys handle a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from litigation through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work product
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and case strategy meetings
• Evaluate medical records, treatment, damages, and the overall medical workup of each case
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on litigation strategy and case development

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $375,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
